The past three days are a blur. Now's not the best time for a long entry so here's a quick update.
- After inducing labor on Tuesday without much progress, the doctors opted for a Cesarean section procedure.
- At 5:12 pm, Jackson was born! He's a hoss, weighing in at 10 pounds 10 ounces and 21 inches long!
- Kris was really weak and tired after the surgery, needing two extra units of blood to recover.
- We had a great stay at the hospital and got home about an hour ago.
- We are all very tired but are head over heels for our sweet little guy. His face is so sweet, his feet and hands seem big and even his whimpers and cries are cute! We both cannot wait to learn more about this amazing little blessing from the Lord!

Holy Moly! That is one big baby! Almost as big as my brother...11lbs3oz. No wonder labor wasn't progressing! He looks so sweet, and I know yall are so excited to have him here! Congrats and can't wait to meet ya Jackson!
Kristina deserves a medal! I can't get over how big he is! He really is a pretty baby. I'm so happy for you guys.

...I think Gabriel may have some clothes that JWC can wear until y'all can make a run to the Big and Tall shop! He is beautiful and perfect in every way but you may need to get used to the "big" comments! People love a big baby! (Except adults acting like a BB!)
